Where Have I Been? // Life Update

Hello, everyone! I've missed you all. Now, where should I start? I know I've been absent from my website for about two weeks now. Believe me, I've missed writing so much. It's not like me to be taking a break from something I am passionate about. Last week I was battling with an unforgiving flu virus. This has stopped me from multiple things, I wasn't able to go to work or create content for my website. For the past week, I have been bed written and today is the day I finally have the energy to do something. Although I love having two blog posts up for you all every week. But I'm not sure this is possible for me, I work and I also study at the same time while blogging in my spare time. I'll see what I can do, I can't promise two blog posts a week but I can guarantee there will be one a week.

Once you are reading this, I will be on the third week on my I Quit Sugar Diet. Some of you are wondering how I am going. During my second week, I've barely eaten while battling the flu. However, in week one I did. Here are some of the symptoms I was feeling during Week one.

  • Tired.
  • Emotional.
  • Sad.
  • Feeling 'Depressed'
  • Lack of energy.
  • Cravings.
  • Lack of Motivation.
  • Always hungry during the night.
Now here are some of the symptoms I have been feeling from the past couple of days.

  • Stable.
  • More energy.
  • Motivation to Excercise.
  • Body cramps.
  • Out of wack menstrual cycle.
  • Happy.
  • No Cravings.
  • Finding fruit to be too sweet.
  • Eating less.
  • Weight loss.

Next week I am going to try to balance my diet with healthy exercises with cardio and strength. I'm hoping at the end of week eight. I will see a great difference in my health and well-being. That's all for now and I'll see you on Thursday or Monday with another blog post.
